Returns and refunds

Purchases made through this web site are regulated by the dispositions of the Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n.206, amendments included into Decree Law 21/2014 and in accordance to the applicable laws set forth in the Italian Civil Code.

Ave Caprice wishes to specify that all its products are handmade and that small imperfections are a sign of the manual execution of glass or intrinsic in natural stones and that they cannot be considered defects.

Ave Caprice retains discreption in being able to modify, at any time and without notice, the contents of the site (e.g. remove products) and that the changes will be valid from the day on which they are published.

Purchased items can be returned and requested for a replacement or refund, provided they are returned within 14 days.

The Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal if he complies with these conditions:

• Products must not have been used, modified, or customized.
• The products must be accompanied by the original warranty.
• Product boxes must be intact, without signs of wear or scratching.

Remember to carefully pack the product so that it does not arrive damaged.
You can decide whether to change products or receive a refund. In case of refund, you will be refund the price of the purchased product, on the payment method chosen at the time of the order, net of shipping costs.

Credit usually takes up to 10 working days to credit.
